CRM Software
There is one reason CRMs end up unused: salespeople have to enter records but get nothing back. In Cortex, conversations from WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, email and web chat land in a single list, and call notes are logged from one panel. Salespeople open it to see their next task, not to type data.
What is CRM software?
CRM software brings leads, conversations and sales opportunities together in one place. Where a lead came from, who is handling it, which stage it is at, when to call and how big the deal is — all of it is on record. The aim is not to police salespeople but to keep work moving without depending on any one person: when someone leaves, the customer history stays with the company.
How does it work?
A lead comes in
Web form, phone, WhatsApp or manual entry — wherever the lead comes from, it lands in one pool and gets an owner.
It becomes a deal
An interested lead is converted into a deal: amount, close date and stage are set. You can see where it sits in the pipeline.
Quotes and meetings
The quote is prepared, and meetings and activities are linked to the deal. No need to keep checking whether a reminder was set.
Won or lost
The outcome is marked with date and time; the reason a deal was lost stays on the deal page. The pipeline screen shows the number of deals won and lost per month over the last 6 months.
What's inside?
Customer 360
Every record for a company on one screen: contacts, conversations, deals, quotes, support tickets. You read the history before you call the customer.
Sales pipeline
Deals are shown by stage; one look tells you how much business is waiting at each stage and where it is stuck.
Single inbox
Customer conversations from WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, email and web chat are gathered in one list. It doesn't matter which channel the customer writes from.
Configure, price, quote (CPQ)
Quote preparation, price lists and configuration. The quote stays linked to the deal instead of getting lost in separate folders.
Territory and campaign management
Sales territory setup, campaign tracking and a revenue view. Who is responsible for which territory is written in the system.
AI agents
Before a meeting, they gather the deal's latest activity, quotes and open tasks, then write a status summary, risks, questions to ask and next steps. Lead scores, on the other hand, come from rules you define.
Who is it for?
Field sales teams
Teams that log visits and need to enter the record from their phone after a meeting.
Quote-driven companies
B2B sales setups where every job is tied to a quote and the quote needs to be followed up.
Companies running sales and support together
Companies that serve the same customer with both sales and service: the support ticket and the deal sit on the same card.
Frequently asked questions
I track customers in Excel. Do I need to move to a CRM?
Excel works well for one person and a few hundred records. The trouble starts as you grow: nobody knows how many copies of the file are going around, who called which customer isn't recorded, the stage of a quote lives only in one person's head, and when that person leaves the knowledge goes too. There are no reminders either — you have to remember the day to call. In a CRM the same record lives in one place, every conversation and quote is added to the customer card, and reminders come up on their own. You can import your existing Excel list; there's no need to start from scratch.
Which is the best CRM software?
There's no single answer that fits everyone; the right software is chosen by looking at your team's daily work. Ask five questions: does it fit your language and local workflow, do customer messages (WhatsApp, email) come in on their own, is the price clearly stated, where is your data kept, and can it connect to invoicing and accounting later. Enter a few of your own customers in a demo account and try it for a week; if salespeople don't use it, even the best one is useless.
What's the difference between CRM and ERP?
CRM manages what happens before the sale: leads, meetings, deals, quotes. ERP manages what happens after: orders, invoices, stock, accounting. Cortex covers the CRM side and SmartERP the ERP side; both can be connected within ELPO, so you don't have to stitch together two products from different vendors.
Do WhatsApp messages come into the CRM?
Yes. WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, email and web chat are gathered in a single inbox; a support ticket or a lead record can be opened from an incoming message.
Where is our data stored?
In Türkiye, in ELPO's own data center. There's no dependency on a foreign cloud provider; if you prefer, it can also be installed on your own server.
What if salespeople don't enter records?
That is the real problem of every CRM. In Cortex, message and email conversations drop into one inbox automatically, call notes are logged from a single panel, and an AI agent prepares a status summary of the deal before the meeting. Still, there is no such thing as zero data entry — that's the honest answer.
Can I import my existing customer list?
Leads are imported from an Excel (.xlsx) or CSV file: headers are recognized automatically and each column is mapped to a Cortex field (up to 5,000 rows, 5 MB). Before the import, you see how many new leads will be created, how many duplicates will be skipped, and which rows have errors, by row number.
How many users can use it?
The number of users is set by the license. There are no module limits; CRM, projects, support and HR are parts of the same platform.
Can it be used on mobile?
The platform is web-based and works on mobile devices; records can be entered from a phone after a field visit.
Can I get reports?
The pipeline screen shows the number of deals won and lost per month over the last 6 months; the reason for each loss is written on the deal page. If you need a custom report, it can be built with the dashboard designer.
How much does the CRM software cost?
Pricing depends on the number of users and how it's deployed. CRM doesn't come as a separate product but as part of the platform — projects, support and HR are included in the same license.
