Use Case Scenarios

A Device for Every Scenario

Individual User
Scenario 1

Individual User

Homes and workplaces are where we spend most of our time. Our AC chargers built for individual use offer the ideal solution with ergonomic design and ease of use. Your vehicles are always parked there — perfect charging spots.

You can easily perform and track your charging via the mobile app or web management panel from our charging network operators.

For individual use, you save by consuming low-cost electricity. The key point is suitable electrical infrastructure — with the right setup and device, you charge safely for years. Expert technical support is available.

Recommended Device: Home AC Wallbox
Residences and Workplaces
Scenario 2

Residences and Workplaces

Apartment complexes, condos, residences and workplaces benefit from our AC chargers' ergonomic design and ease of use. You manage and supervise shared usage easily from the web or mobile panel.

Long vehicle parking and slow charging in shared areas can cause issues. The electrical infrastructure must be appropriate — expert support is important.

With our device selection, survey and installation service, we design a solution tailored to you. This way you carry out, monitor and manage charging operations safely.

Recommended Device: Commercial AC Totem & Street
Malls, Restaurants and Rest Areas
Scenario 3

Malls, Restaurants and Rest Areas

Shopping malls, restaurants and rest areas are the most preferred locations for charging. In the future, having a charging station at public points will be a deciding factor.

People expect charging stations where they shop and dine. A station here brings additional revenue to the business while attracting customers.

With the CSMS software and device lineup we offer charging network operators, you can monitor, manage and control these processes end-to-end.

Recommended Device: Commercial AC Totem & DC Wall Type
Hospitals, Hotels and Accommodations
Scenario 4

Hospitals, Hotels and Accommodations

Hospitals, hotels and accommodation facilities are ideal public locations for charging stations. Stations here serve not only your customers but also EV drivers routed via charging network maps.

While being a preferred choice for EV users, it creates an additional revenue source. Through the mobile app, your customers see your facility among nearby stations and are routed accordingly.

Our web and mobile software lets you easily monitor, manage and control charging operations. Tariff flexibility and custom customer campaigns are also possible.

Recommended Device: Commercial AC + DC Fast (mixed)
Car Parks
Scenario 5

Car Parks

Locations where EV drivers park their vehicles are ideal charging spots. Customers can charge while parked. The station serves not only your customers but every EV driver routed via the map.

While preferred by EV users, it brings an additional revenue source to the car park operator. Multiple connectors and various tariff scenarios optimize capacity.

Automatic invoicing, GİB EŞU notifications, stakeholder sharing models and roaming integration come ready on the software side — operational load is minimal.

Why ELPO?

7 differences that set ELPO apart in EV charging hardware

The market is full of imported devices paired with separate software. ELPO offers a vertically integrated hardware line — design, manufacturing, firmware and CSMS software included, developed locally for Turkey's climate and electrical infrastructure.

Made in Turkey · local content

Device mechanics, PCB and wiring harness are produced in Turkey. A local content certificate provides an advantage in public tenders. Spare parts are stocked in Konya — supply measured in hours, not days.

11+ models · 3.7 kW to 240 kW

A single product family from home AC 3.7-22 kW to bus/truck DC 240 kW. Apartment, car park, mall, fuel station, logistics site — there is a device for every scenario, no need to source a separate vendor.

Every model OCPP 1.6 + 2.0.1

Each device supports both OCPP versions — it connects to any CSMS you choose. No vendor lock-in; using SmartSarj is a preference, not a requirement.

IP54 + IK10 durability

Dust, rain, snow, impact — an enclosure tested for field deployment in Turkey's variable climate. IK10 vandalism resistance, −25°C / +55°C operating temperature.

Type 2 + CCS2 + CHAdeMO

Dual sockets (CCS2 + CHAdeMO) optional on DC models — the older Nissan Leaf, new European models and Chinese-market vehicles in the same device. No risk of losing a customer.

White-label · operator brand

Front panel, enclosure color and labeling carry your brand. OEM model — ELPO manufactures behind the scenes, you deploy in the field under your own brand. Reasonable minimum order threshold.

24-month warranty + field service

Standard 24-month hardware warranty, optional extension up to 5 years. Installation + commissioning + annual maintenance in a single contract. The team that installs the device is the team that provides the software.

4G + Ethernet + WiFi optional

Every device ships with a 4G modem + Ethernet port as standard, WiFi optional. Multi-link automatic fallback — charging continues even if the internet drops, records are kept locally.

Single Supplier · Complete Solution

Device + SmartSarj CSMS + SmartCharge Mobile

Three layers for charging network operations — hardware, management software (CSMS) and driver mobile app. ELPO provides all three as a single supplier; if you prefer, it works with your own CSMS too (OCPP standard).

ELPO is not a charging network operator.

We are a hardware manufacturer + software provider. The charging network is built and operated by our customers; their brand identity is what appears on site, we provide the infrastructure behind it.

FAQ

What types of EV chargers are there?

EV chargers fall into two categories, AC and DC. AC units (home/workplace type, 3.7–22 kW) are slower and more economical; DC fast chargers (50–240 kW) charge a vehicle in a short time and are typically used at public stations.

What is the difference between AC and DC charging?

With AC charging the conversion happens in the vehicle's onboard charging unit, so the power is limited. With DC charging the conversion is done in the device and high power is delivered directly to the battery; this is why DC is much faster.

What is OCPP?

OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol) is the open communication standard between chargers and management systems. OCPP-compliant devices can work with different CSMS software and reduce dependence on the manufacturer.

Are ELPO chargers EPDK approved?

Yes. ELPO AC and DC chargers are EPDK approved, OCPP compliant and locally manufactured; they are offered white-label to charging network operators.

White-Label · Partnership

ELPO works like your own software house

You do what you know best — sales, technical work, production, whatever your field is. We do what we know best: software. You market our charging hardware under your own brand; ELPO handles development, updates and regulatory compliance in the background, just like your own team. Launch your own software brand without writing code or building a team — let's win together.

Your brand, your domain

our charging hardware as if it were your own product — your logo, your colors, your domain. Your customer sees you, not the ELPO behind it.

You run your own business

Sales, technical support, production — stay in your field. We handle the software, the thing we know best; everyone on their strong side.

ELPO owns the development

ELPO builds the product, updates it and keeps it compliant with regulations — just like your own back-office software team.

Source-code sharing when needed

If needed, we also share source code depending on the agreement. The product truly becomes yours; your future isn't tied to a single vendor.
