Tasks whose deadline is approaching or has passed are automatically reported to escalation levels derived from the organization and project chain; the schedule is built backwards from the deadline so that every level has enough time to step in. The Projects > Escalations screen shows open items, who currently holds them, the time remaining or overdue, and the chain history. A person who receives a notification can click "Seen" to record in the chain that they have taken ownership. Nobody receives more than 5 separate escalations a day; any extra are combined into a single summary notification, and no notifications are sent at night.
Not yet available: filtering by impact threshold (budget, customer, legal obligation) and merging the daily summary into the management briefing.

The web chat channel in the Contact Center now actually works. Add the one-line code from the channel settings to your website and a "Write to us" button appears in the bottom right corner; visitor messages land in the Contact Center, and the agent's reply reaches the visitor's window within seconds. A chatbot can be connected to the channel: it greets visitors and hands the conversation over to an agent when it cannot answer. The "AI-Powered" bot answers based on the company information you give it. Visitors can rate the chat from 1 to 5 when they end it.
Not yet available: the bot does not connect to WhatsApp, Telegram or Messenger; those channels are answered by the Omnichannel AI.

A Digital Signature request can now have multiple signers. With "Sequential signing" turned on, signers sign in the set order: nobody can sign before their turn, the link is sent to the next signer automatically once the previous one signs, and if someone declines it does not go any further. The signer portal shows a clear status such as "It's not your turn yet; you are 2nd in line". The delivery method (SMS/email) is automatically narrowed down based on the signers' contact details.

Project settings now include a "Work calendar" section where you enter which days of the week are worked, daily working hours, and project-specific holidays or extra working days (which can repeat every year). Public holidays come in automatically from Support > Working Hours. The critical path, capacity and resource leveling are now calculated with this calendar; previously they only skipped weekends and counted holidays as working days.

Connect a mailbox under Settings > Email Settings and answer "Support ticket" to "What should incoming mail become?", and the mailbox is read every 3 minutes, with each new email becoming a support ticket. When the customer replies to the ticket email or puts the ticket number in the subject, their message is added to the same ticket. Text written on a ticket as a "Customer Reply" is sent to the customer by email, while an "Internal Note" stays within the team; this distinction is now also available in the side panel of the ticket list (previously, comments in the side panel never reached the customer). "Test connection" actually connects to the server and explains the cause of any problem in Turkish.

In Digital Signature, you can attach a PDF or Word document to a signature request (Word is converted to PDF). The signer receives a personal link; without a Cortex account, they read the document on their phone or computer, request a verification code, enter it and sign, or decline with a reason. Once everyone has signed, a signature page listing the signers, signing times and a digest of the original document is appended to the end of the document; both the requester and the signers can download the signed document. The verification code is valid for 15 minutes, with a maximum of 5 failed attempts.

The two "Daily Plan" screens that sat under the same name in the Projects menu have been merged into one. Work for the selected day is grouped into overdue, due that day, in progress, next 7 days and undated; that day's meetings and logged work time appear on the same screen. "Add task" creates a task due on the selected day directly. The circle next to a task now actually completes it (previously it was only crossed out on screen and came back after a page refresh); the progress bar shows the real completion rate of tasks due that day.

The project board can be split into horizontal swimlanes by assignee, priority, task type, epic or task label; each swimlane shows its own task count and can be collapsed. The swimlane chosen in Board Settings becomes the board's default (previously the setting was saved but not applied to the board), and the "Swimlane" selector on the board lets you switch on the fly. Dragging a card to another column within a swimlane changes its status.

Under Project details > Capacity > Capacity Overview, "Enter availability" lets you record a period when a member is on leave, working half days or in training, together with the total hours they can work in that period; the form also shows the normal hours for that period. Capacity, resource leveling and utilization percentage are calculated from these hours. The new "Weekly Load" tab shows the team's capacity week by week and the load coming from tasks, along with the number of people over capacity. These features previously lived on a separate page that could not be reached from the menu. On the Members and Capacity tabs, roles now display correctly as "Owner / Member / Observer".

The Critical Path in project details now calculates task durations and dates in working days; a task starting on Friday and ending on Monday counts as 2 days, not 4, and the early finish date no longer falls on a weekend. The dates in the slack table and the "Early Finish" card show the same day. The "API & SDK" page in Settings is now the "API Guide": it includes an introduction, the real endpoints and working examples for JavaScript, Python and C# that need no extra packages; server-to-server connection keys are managed from the Developer Portal.

Project details > Capacity > Capacity Overview now shows each member's real capacity (working days × 8 hours, or the capacity plan) and the load from open tasks for this week and the next three weeks; previously everyone appeared with a fixed 40 hours and 0 used. Skill Match shows the fit percentage member by member and the skills nobody on the team has, and the Skill Matrix shows levels correctly. In Critical Path, the early finish date and the per-task slack table are populated. The WIP limit entered in Board Settings appears on the project board as "count / limit" and turns red when exceeded; new board settings start with the project's actual statuses. In Scenarios, "Project Digital Twin" now shows the project's model and "My Digital Twin" shows the personal profile.

In a calculated payroll, you can enter each employee's overtime hours, bonus/premium and additional deductions with a description (advance, wage garnishment, etc.) for the month on their row. Overtime pay is calculated at 50% above the hourly rate in line with the Turkish Labor Law; overtime and bonuses are added to gross pay and subject to SGK (Turkish social security) and tax, while deductions are taken from net pay. If deductions exceed net pay, the calculation is rejected. The payslip shows base pay, overtime, bonus and deductions separately. The SGK contribution ceiling (a multiple of the minimum wage, 9 in 2026) has been added to the parameters screen.

Reminders set on a task are now sent on time: the assignee gets an in-app notification, and if the channel is "Email" or "Both", an email is sent too. The same reminder never arrives twice. Every row in Recruitment > Interviews has an "Evaluate" button. The interviewer enters a 1–5 star rating and interview notes; on saving, the interview is marked Completed and the score appears in the list. Evaluations can be edited later. Only a manager can evaluate someone else's interview. A scheduled interview can be cancelled from the same row after confirmation. Location and meeting link can be entered when scheduling, and the link is clickable in the list. The score and notes fields have been removed from the scheduling form: they were never saved, and scores are now entered after the interview.

In project details, Capacity > Resource Leveling now shows, day by day, the people who exceed their capacity on the same day. "Calculate suggestions" lists which work would move to which day without changing any task. A one-day task stays one day, and weekends are skipped. If "Keep deadlines" is selected, any suggestion that would miss a deadline is listed separately with the reason and is not applied. "Apply" writes the dates, the project list refreshes immediately, and every shift is recorded in the task's history. Bulk status, priority, assignee and deadline changes in the task list now also change only the selected field and report how many tasks were changed.
