5. Transfer
Your data may be shared, as required by law, with accountants, legal advisors, payment institutions, cloud infrastructure providers (located in Türkiye) and authorized public authorities.
6. Your Rights (KVKK Article 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn its purpose and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose; learn the third parties to whom it is disclosed; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request its deletion or destruction; and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
