Wrong-Fuel Prevention
Compares the vehicle plate in the database with the plate of the vehicle arriving at the dispenser to verify correct fuel is being dispensed. Correct product starts the dispense; a different fuel type triggers a warning and blocks the dispense.

Staff Shift Management
An attendant card defines the operator dispensing fuel — no refueling is permitted until the card is scanned. Shift scheduling is supported for defined attendants and shifts can be swapped with one tap.

ELPO TX — Tank Automation System
ELPO Tank Automation is software developed by our engineers, fully integrated with the Dispenser Automation System. Electronic measuring rods (probes) capture fuel, water and temperature movements inside tanks and log them. Measurements at one-second intervals monitor tank inventory, deliveries and alarms.

Tank Alarm System
Detects undesirable conditions inside the tank — high/low temperature, high/low water — and alerts the user. Fuel loss without a sale at the dispenser, and leaks in the installation, are detected and reported to the alarm center.

ELPO ETOS — Tanker Automation System
ELPO Tanker Automation lets tankers sell like a mobile station, records sales electronically and pushes them to central servers via GSM, GPS and GPRS. The ETOS Plug-and-Play feature greatly simplifies tanker automation setup.

Hardware Installation
The tanker automation hardware is mounted in the tanker cabin. Mechanical plumbing is modified, the mechanical meter is replaced with a digital one. The electronic unit is connected to the nozzle hardware and controls the electrically-actuated valve.

Receipt & RFID
Depending on the device model, an optional receipt printer can be added — printing a refueling receipt after each dispense. RFID card-based sales are supported, and parametric settings can block sales without a card scan.

ELPO MTX — Vehicle Identification System
A vehicle fitted with a Vehicle Identification Unit approaches a dispenser equipped with a vehicle identification unit. The nozzle and vehicle communicate via RFID. Once verified, dispensing begins; when the nozzle is removed it ends automatically. Keeps your fuel expenses under control.

UTTS Integration
To level competition in the fuel market and curb the shadow economy, a Vehicle Identification Unit (TTB) is fitted to the vehicle's fuel tank inlet. The plate captured by the TTB is forwarded automatically to the fiscal device via UTTS hardware.

Prepaid Sales / Self-Service
A prepaid sales system that works by the cashier authorizing the sale in advance — ideal for stations, construction sites and bulk consumption points that operate without a fiscal cash register. The customer goes to the cashier, pays, the cashier sends the sale order to the automation PC through the client, and dispensing begins once the dispenser is lifted. Tuwa — ELPO's Electronic Product Brand
Tuwa is ELPO's registered electronic product brand. Field automation hardware (card readers, RS485 converters, tank manifold/probes), remote access devices and industrial electronics are unified under Tuwa. Domestic manufacturing, designed and built by ELPO engineers.
Tuwa RFX2 / RFX3 Card Reader
A 13.56 MHz RFID (Mifare) contactless card reader. Its embedded firmware is designed by ELPO to suit each application, and the unit mounts on every automation system. Used to track sales made by staff on a per-shift basis and to identify customers and vehicles. The RFX3 keypad model also allows plate-odometer and machine working-hour entry — domestic manufacturing.

Tuwa CUX Converter
An interface module that converts the RS485 communication protocol used across the automation systems to USB; the USB port is used as a standard serial (COM) port. With 15 KV port-to-port isolation and ESD protection it runs safely in industrial environments, drawing all its power from USB. Designed and built by ELPO.

Tuwa Tank Manifold & Probe
The manifold connects one dispenser to several tanks; when a tank runs dry it switches automatically to the next one, keeping the fuel flowing without interruption. The probe electronically measures tank level, temperature, density and water level.

What is fuel station automation?
Fuel station automation is a system that measures, controls and reports the pump, tank, payment and stock processes at a fuel station from a single center using electronic hardware and software. The fuel sold is compared in real time with the stock in the tank, preventing leakage, loss and manipulation.
What is pump automation?
Pump automation connects the fuel dispensers to the automation software so that every fill-up is recorded automatically with its volume, amount, nozzle and shift data. Thanks to the integration of the pump with the fiscal register (ÖKC) and the EPDK data unit, manual entry and erroneous sales are eliminated.
What is tank gauging?
Tank gauging (ATG — automatic tank gauging) continuously measures the level, temperature, density and water level in underground fuel tanks using electronic probes. Stock is monitored in real time, leaks and theft are detected early, and deliveries and dispatches are recorded automatically.
What is a vehicle identification system?
A vehicle identification system uses an identifier fitted to the vehicle (an RFID ring/antenna or card) to automatically post each fuel purchase to the correct vehicle and customer. In fleet management it prevents unauthorized fueling and produces consumption reports per vehicle.
What is EPDK 1240?
EPDK 1240 is a board decision of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority that makes installing an automation system mandatory at fuel stations. It requires pump, tank and sales data to be recorded and kept open to inspection. ELPO automation is compliant with this regulation.
