Windshield Washer Fluid Pump
It can be the smallest square metre of your station and its quietest counter: the driver taps a card, fills up themselves, the meter counts the litres, the card is charged only for what was taken, and the invoice is issued on its own. You don't assign staff, you don't carry jerrycans, and you don't guess at the till in the evening.
What is a windshield washer fluid pump?
A windshield washer fluid pump (washer fluid dispenser) is a self service filling unit where drivers fill their vehicle's reservoir or a container themselves; it measures the fluid dispensed with a meter and takes payment per litre through an integrated POS terminal. It has a 300 or 500 litre tank, a 12 L/min filling rate and an LCD display readable in sunlight. The same unit can also be installed for AdBlue. Every sale, the tank level and the device status reach the ELPO CX Central portal instantly; the e-invoice (Turkey's e-Fatura) is created automatically.
How does self service selling work?
Card tap
The customer taps a credit or debit card on the POS terminal. Contactless payment is supported; there is no need to go to the till.
Filling
The pump opens and washer fluid is dispensed self service. A 4-piston positive displacement meter counts the litres; the display shows litres, unit price and amount.
Instant record
Litres, amount and tank level reach CX Central. Sales history, shift and tank reports are updated at the same time.
e-Invoice
An e-invoice is created and sent automatically for the sale. The invoice of a customer who pays by card is not issued by hand.
Management
Reporting, revenue settlement, delivery planning and finance in one panel. When the tank drops to a critical level, an "enough for X days" warning appears and replenishment is planned.
What sets this unit apart
Unattended card sales
Contactless / credit card payment with an integrated POS. The unit runs on its own 24/7; it spares the attendant from carrying jerrycans and the customer from waiting.
Metered, recorded litres
4-piston positive displacement meter or pulse meter. Every litre sold is measured and recorded; the difference between stock and sales is a report, not a guess.
300 or 500 litre tank
Two tank options, two pump types (suction or dispenser). Chosen according to traffic and space; on the 500 L model the tank is 910×910 mm and the pump unit 300 mm.
Display readable in sunlight
High-contrast LCD, readable in direct sunlight. 8 digits for amount and litres, 6 digits for unit price.
Washer fluid and AdBlue
The same unit can be installed for either fluid. Standard flow 12 L/min; the pump unit is a 32 L/min vane type with a washable filter.
Talks to automation
RS485 and Current Loop communication. The unit is directly connected to ELPO automation and the CX Central portal; sales don't stay in a separate program.

Three roles, one portal
Manufacturer
Visibility of sales, stock and revenue settlement across all dealers and stations. Revenue sharing contracts and rent accruals in CX Central.
Distributor
Delivery planning, filling waybills, depot and tanker tracking, replenishment route, loss/leakage report.
Station

Frequently asked questions
What does a washer fluid pump bring to a station?
Two things: a new sales item and records. The customer buying fuel also buys washer fluid in the same visit; because the product arrives in bulk, the cost per litre is lower than selling it in jerrycans. Since every litre sold passes through the meter, the difference between stock and sales is no longer a guess, and the e-invoice is issued automatically.
How does the driver pay?
They tap their card on the unit's POS terminal — contactless or credit card — and pay for the litres they take. No trip to the till, no staff needed. The sale and the invoice reach CX Central instantly.
What is the difference between a washer fluid dispenser and a suction pump?
They are the two pump types of the same unit. The dispenser (ND) pressurises the tank outlet, so the flow from the nozzle is continuous and faster; the suction type (NE) draws from the tank, and the flow weakens as the tank level drops. A dispenser is chosen for a busy station, the suction type for a low-traffic point — the tank size (300 or 500 L) is independent of this.
How many models are there?
One model: the S Model. Two tank sizes (300 or 500 L) and two pump types (suction or dispenser) give four configurations; the model code is determined accordingly at the time of order (e.g. S-A-111-NE). The choice is made according to daily vehicle traffic and the space available.
Can I dispense fluids other than washer fluid?
AdBlue can be dispensed; the unit can be installed for either fluid. These two fluids are listed in the catalog; for any other fluid we first discuss whether the product is suitable, and we make no promise about it.
How do I know the tank is running out?
CX Central monitors tank level and temperature live; it warns at a critical threshold and produces a replenishment plan with an "enough for X days" calculation. The delivery route is planned from the same panel.
Is the display readable in sunlight?
Yes. The high-contrast LCD was chosen to be readable in direct sunlight; it is a display designed for the forecourt.
Does it talk to my existing station automation?
The unit communicates over RS485 and Current Loop; it is directly connected to ELPO automation. Connection to another brand of automation is assessed according to that system's interface.
Is the e-invoice really automatic?
Yes. For a self service sale paid by card, the e-invoice is created and sent automatically; since ELPO is a private integrator approved by GİB (the Turkish Revenue Administration), no separate company is needed for this.
How long does installation take, and is infrastructure needed?
What is needed is the space for the unit (a 1000 × 700 mm base for the 300 L model) and single phase 230 V power. If the space is ready, installation is usually completed within one day; off-shift hours are preferred so as not to stop the station's sales.
How much does a washer fluid pump cost?
There is no single figure: the tank size (300 / 500 L), pump type, nozzle choice, options (receipt printer, totalizer, emergency stop) and the number of units to install determine the price. We talk through your station's traffic and space and prepare an itemised written quote.
