The servers are not rented or shared; the hardware, network and security layers are ours end to end. The same infrastructure protects every ELPO product.
In Türkiye we are the first and only company to invest in its own servers and its own HSM infrastructure at this scale. Most providers rent servers and outsource e-Invoice signing to a third party. With us, dual data centers, disaster recovery and our own HSM are in place from the start — you take no service from outside. The safe harbor is ELPO.
Data center names and addresses are not shared for security reasons. In other languages the labels inside the diagrams are translated into that language.

The portal runs on a 6-node PostgreSQL Cluster. If the primary node has an issue, Node-2 takes over automatically; Node-3 is dedicated to backup and reporting (no performance loss). All data is replicated asynchronously to the Disaster Recovery Center with a 15-minute delay — no data loss.
A Hardware Security Module (HSM) is dedicated security hardware that stores sensitive cryptographic keys in a physical environment and performs cryptographic operations in the most secure way. It keeps the fiscal seal and e-signatures used in e-Invoice/e-Archive signing safe — never entrusted to a third party.
The data centers are connected by a Site-to-Site VPN tunnel; remote access to the infrastructure is only via SSL-VPN. Servers are closed to the internet except for their service ports; remote connection is provided over RDP through the SSL-VPN on the firewall.
Under ISO 27001 Information Security, system/network administrators' entry to the server rooms is logged via request form → management approval → an authorized card issued against a signature/declaration.
The storage has two controller cards; if one fails the other keeps serving without interruption. If both fail, the portal runs with no data loss from the PostgreSQL cluster on the instantly replicated ESXi. If the primary data center goes down entirely, service continues from the DR center.
