Two ways to pay

There is a real POS terminal on the device: the user pays with their own card, or fills up with a prepaid preset sent from the store.

Mode 1

On-Device POS — Self-Service

There is a real POS terminal on top of WashPrime. Just like at a store, the user taps or inserts their card, pays and fills the washer fluid themselves.

Prepaid Preset from the Store

The user goes to the store till; the cashier sends a prepaid preset for the set litres/amount. The user comes to the device and fills up to the sent preset.

Payment and Pre-Authorization

Pay by card — only for what you take

The driver taps/inserts their card on the on-device POS, selects litres/amount or "Full" from the menu. If "Full" is chosen, a pre-authorization is taken for the set amount; when filling ends, only what was actually taken is charged.

Tap your contactless card on the on-device POS or insert the chip and enter your PIN; choose litres/amount or "Full".

Pre-Authorization

If "Full" is chosen, a pre-authorization (hold) is taken for the set amount.

Filling

The driver fills the washer fluid; the system meters the actual quantity.

The hold is released; only the amount for what was taken is charged.

Fully parametric: Fixed-amount sales if you wish; or make pre-authorization mandatory on all transactions — then only the amount taken is captured. The rule is entirely yours.

Automation Behind the Scenes

Devices manage themselves, replenishment comes on its own

WashPrime devices are connected to ELPO automation in the background. Managers remotely monitor sales and how much washer fluid is left in each device's tank; when stock runs low the system plans which device, in what order and where to start — the route can be optimized into the most efficient order with AI.

What is a washer-fluid dispenser (self-service washer-fluid unit)?

A washer-fluid dispenser is a metered, paid self-service filling device where the driver selects litres/amount on screen and fills their vehicle with washer fluid using a nozzle. WashPrime runs on the engine of our fuel automation; every transaction is metered and monitored from the center.

How does WashPrime work?

The driver selects litres or amount on the on-device touchscreen, pays by card at the POS or fills up with a prepaid preset sent from the store; they take the nozzle and fill up themselves. The transaction is verified by meter, and stock and sales are tracked from the center.

Where is the device installed?

It is installed in a suitable area at the station (not in the store). It is positioned at points with vehicle traffic such as fuel stations, wash/detailing facilities, auto maintenance/service, car parks and malls.

Is there remote management and stock tracking?

Yes. Price updates, campaigns, device health, fault and stock alerts are managed from the center — via mobile and web; when stock runs low, the replenishment route (optimizable with AI) is planned automatically.

How is replenishment planned for a washer-fluid unit?

CX Central monitors the tank level in each unit and lists the stations that need replenishment. The route starts from the nearest production site or supply depot, the stops are ordered, and distance is computed over the real road network. In the mobile app the driver sees the day's list with stop order, litres and a critical badge; once the litres delivered per tank are entered, the refill document is created automatically and the requirement drops from the central dashboard.

How much does it earn, and how is revenue shared?

Revenue is calculated from the contract: profit = turnover − supply (litres × purchase price) − payment commission − software, and turnover shares are deducted from the profit base separately. The entitlement is reported as accrued, paid and unpaid, and a negative balance is not hidden. The split between station, distributor and producer appears on the same screen. The figures depend on the contract and vary with volume and purchase price — they are worked out with your own data at the quotation stage.

Which liquids can be dispensed — only washer fluid?

The platform is liquid-independent. Washer fluid is the most common use, but AdBlue and similar liquids can be metered and dispensed on the same infrastructure. Product definition, unit price and tank threshold are set per liquid, and one station can carry more than one product.

Does it integrate with my existing station automation?

Yes. The unit is managed from the same centre as ELPO forecourt automation, so no separate panel is needed. If you use another brand's automation, the unit can also run independently, with sales and stock data collected in CX Central.

What does a washer-fluid dispenser add to a station?

The customer fills washer fluid themselves while refuelling; the sale appears on screen as litres and amount and lands in the shift and end-of-day report on its own. Because fuel, store and washer fluid are collected in one till, no separate collection or counting job is created.

How well does the dispenser hold up outdoors?

The body is produced in stainless or galvanised steel and stands up to outdoor conditions. It is designed for the forecourt of a fuel station and for open wash areas.

How are tank level and stock monitored?

The level of the washer-fluid tanks is monitored, automatic fill control is applied and stock is tracked — so the storage side is part of the automation too. A tank about to run dry shows up in advance, not mid-shift.
