Just like refueling, the driver sees the litres and amount on screen and fills up the washer fluid themselves. Filling starts when the nozzle is lifted and stops automatically at the target litres or amount.

Payment Options
Two ways to pay
There is a real POS terminal on the device: the user pays with their own card, or fills up with a prepaid preset sent from the store.
Mode 1
On-Device POS — Self-Service
There is a real POS terminal on top of WashPrime. Just like at a store, the user taps or inserts their card, pays and fills the washer fluid themselves.
Card payment
Contactless Card
Tap your credit/debit card on the POS — payment is taken, filling starts.
Chip + PIN
Insert the card's chip, enter your PIN — secure payment, then fill up.
Mode 2
Prepaid Preset from the Store
The user goes to the store till; the cashier sends a prepaid preset for the set litres/amount. The user comes to the device and fills up to the sent preset.

Payment & Pre-Authorization
Pay by card — only for what you take
The driver taps/inserts their card on the on-device POS, selects litres/amount or "Full" from the menu. If "Full" is chosen, a pre-authorization is taken for the set amount; when filling ends, only what was actually taken is charged.

Tap your contactless card on the on-device POS or insert the chip and enter your PIN; choose litres/amount or "Full".

Pre-Authorization
If "Full" is chosen, a pre-authorization (hold) is taken for the set amount.

Filling
The driver fills the washer fluid; the system meters the actual quantity.

Net Charge
The hold is released; only the amount for what was taken is charged.
Fully parametric: Fixed-amount sales if you wish; or make pre-authorization mandatory on all transactions — then only the amount taken is captured. The rule is entirely yours.
Automation Behind the Scenes
Devices manage themselves, replenishment comes on its own
WashPrime devices are connected to ELPO automation in the background. Managers remotely monitor sales and how much washer fluid is left in each device's tank; when stock runs low the system plans which device, in what order and where to start — the route can be optimized into the most efficient order with AI.
