Is Your e-Invoice Integrator on Turkey's GİB List?

GİB's full private integrator list (93 firms) is on our site. How to check by trade name that the firm quoting you is on it.

If you are looking for the list: we have gathered the 93 firms on the private integrator list published by GİB (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı, the Turkish Revenue Administration) on one page, with province and contact details. The article below explains how to search that list for a firm correctly.

Why do you need to check?

Under Turkish rules, your e-Belge (e-document) processes can only be run by institutions that have received a private integration permit from GİB. Working with an unauthorised intermediary puts the validity of the documents issued and the fate of your data at risk. "GİB approved" is a marketing phrase; what is binding is that the institution appears on the official list.

Where is the list?

The Revenue Administration publishes the list of institutions holding a private integration permit on its e-belge website and keeps it up to date. Do the check directly from this official source, not through a third-party blog or comparison site — when the list changes, intermediary sites lag behind.

The most common trap: trade name versus brand

The list shows each company's trade name (registered legal name), while firms are often known by their product brand. Searching the list for the product name, not finding it and concluding "not on the list" is a common mistake. The right way is to ask the firm quoting you for its trade name and tax number and to search with those.

Other points to look at while checking

  • Scope of the permit. Not every institution may be authorised for every document type; confirm that it covers the document type you need.
  • Is there a subcontractor? Some sellers sell in their own name but have the work done by another integrator. Make clear who the contract is signed with and who holds the data.
  • Data after the contract. Put in writing from the start in what format and within how long you will receive your documents if you leave.

How do you find ELPO on the list?

Our own example shows the trade name trap above well. The trade name you need to search for on the list is:

ELPO Bilişim Otomasyon Elektronik Pompa Sistemleri ve Petrol Sanayi Ticaret LTD.ŞTİ.

Searching the page for “ELPO” with Ctrl+F is enough; but if you search with a product name or the wrong legal form, such as “ELPO e-Belge” or “ELPO Bilişim A.Ş.”, you will not find it. You can look at the list directly here: GİB e-Fatura private integrators list.

ELPO offers five document types (e-Fatura, e-Arşiv, e-İrsaliye, e-SMM, e-MM — Turkish e-invoice, e-archive invoice, e-waybill, e-self-employment receipt and e-producer receipt) from a single panel. We recommend checking by looking at the list rather than relying on our statement — our advice is the same for every firm anyway.
