01 How can I request a demo of ELPO products?
You can reach us via WhatsApp or email through our contact page. Your demo request is routed to the right team member within 24 hours and we schedule an online demo or office visit for you.
02 Can we deploy the products on our own servers (on-premise)?
Yes — products such as SmartERP, ElpoCore, Cortex and ELPO Otomasyon support on-premise deployment. SaaS and PaaS options are also available.
03 What are your support hours in English/Turkish?
Our call centre operates 24/7 (+90 850 532 07 24). WhatsApp and email support reply within 30 minutes during business hours and within 4 hours outside business hours.
04 Is your e-Document integrator approved by the GİB?
Yes — the ELPO e-Document Integrator service has GİB-approved private integrator status. It supports 7 document types: e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Waybill, e-Ledger, e-Ticket, e-SMM and e-MM.
05 Are SmartŞarj devices compliant with OCPP?
Yes — all of our AC and DC devices are compliant with OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1. They can be integrated with your existing CSMS software.
06 How can I apply to Kapıya Gel as a merchant?
You can click the 'Merchant Application' button on the Kapıya Gel product page or apply through our contact page. The first 3 months are free.
07 I would like to become a White-Label / partner — how do I start?
Reach us through the contact page by selecting the 'White-Label Partner' topic. Per-product licensing + revenue-sharing models are available. A detailed meeting is scheduled.
08 Can you migrate the existing data in our ERP into SmartERP?
Yes — our data migration team imports structured data from your existing ERP (Logo, Mikro, Netsis, SAP, Excel, etc.) into SmartERP. Typical migration takes 2–6 weeks.
09 Do I need extra licences for Cortex AI's 90+ AI assistants?
No — the Cortex Enterprise licence includes all active AI assistants. AI call costs (LLM usage) are billed separately and a BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) model is also supported.
10 Which payment methods can I use for invoices?
We accept bank transfer, credit card (3D Secure), EFT, cheque and contracted monthly payment plans. Contact our sales team for details.
