GİB portal or special integrator?
A business moving to e-invoicing (e-Fatura, Turkey's electronic invoice) issues its documents in one of three ways. Which one fits you depends on how many documents you issue each month and whether you want a link to your accounting software. A special integrator is a company authorised by GİB, Turkey's Revenue Administration, to send documents to GİB on your behalf and store them.

GİB's free application. You enter the document by hand on GİB's screen; it has no link to your accounting or ERP software.
Businesses issuing a few documents a month
Direct integration
You connect your own software directly to GİB. Transmission, storage, security and regulatory updates are your team's job.
Large companies with their own IT team
Special integrator
You issue the document from your software or on the integrator's screen; sending it to GİB and storing it is the integrator's job. At ELPO, no document goes to GİB before passing business rule, XSD and schematron checks.

Is it on GİB's list?
Only companies on GİB's special integrator list can send documents on your behalf. ELPO has been on the list since 2015.
Which documents are covered?
At ELPO, e-Fatura, e-Arşiv, e-İrsaliye, e-SMM and e-Müstahsil are issued from the same account.
How is the price calculated?
With credit packages. The per-document price is shown on the pricing page both with and without VAT.
Can a faulty document go out?
It should not. The document is checked before it is sent; if there is an error, it comes back to you and does not reach GİB.
