White-label e-Invoice

White-label e-Invoice (e-Fatura, Turkey's electronic invoice) means offering, under your own brand, the infrastructure of a special integrator authorised by GİB, Turkey's Revenue Administration: technically we transmit the document, while the panel, e-mail and document view your customer sees carry your name. This is the way to add e-documents to your existing software without obtaining an integrator licence.

Who uses it?

Software houses and ERP vendors

You sell your own ERP or pre-accounting product, and customers also want e-invoicing. Instead of obtaining an integrator licence, you take the infrastructure from us and offer it inside your product under your own brand.

Sector software developers

If you work in a vertical such as hotels, hospitals, fuel or logistics, e-documents are a natural part of that business. Instead of sending the customer to another company, you have the invoice issued on your own screen.

Accounting firms and financial advisors

You manage many taxpayers from a single panel; your firm's name appears on screen. The taxpayer stays your customer.

Resellers and solution partners

You make the sale, we run the technical side. Pricing and the customer relationship stay with you.

How does it work?

  1. 1

    API connection

You connect via an ERP-independent REST API and send JSON or UBL-TR XML. In most cases, adding a single endpoint to your existing product is enough.

  2. 2

    Brand and interface

The portal, e-mail and document view the customer sees carry your brand. The ELPO name does not appear in front of the end user.

  3. 3

    Document flow

Invoice issuing, transmission to GİB, response tracking, e-Archive reporting and storage run on our side. You focus on your business logic.

  4. 4

    Scaling

As your number of taxpayers grows, the work on your side does not change; credit and package management is done from a single panel.

Frequently asked questions

▸ What is white-label e-invoicing?

It is when a company offers, under its own brand, the infrastructure of a special integrator authorised by GİB. Technically the integrator transmits the document, while the interface and brand the customer sees belong to the company selling the service. Because obtaining an integrator licence takes years and serious infrastructure, software companies mostly choose this path.

▸ Can I sell e-invoicing under my own brand?

Yes. The portal, e-mail templates and document view you offer the customer carry your brand; the contract and pricing stay with you. In the background, ELPO transmits the document to GİB and stores it.

▸ What do I need to do technically?

Connecting to the ERP-independent REST API is enough: you send invoices as JSON or UBL-TR XML and receive the response and status from the same API. You do not need to change your existing software's data model.

▸ Do my customers stay mine?

Yes. The taxpayer relationship, contract and collection are on your side; ELPO does not establish a separate relationship with the end user. This model is designed for resellers and solution partners in the first place.

▸ Is ELPO really an authorised integrator?

Yes. We appear on the special integrator list published by the Turkish Revenue Administration under the title "ELPO Bilişim Otomasyon Elektronik Pompa Sistemleri ve Petrol Sanayi Ticaret LTD.ŞTİ."; you can check the list yourself. That is the source of the authorisation behind you when you offer the infrastructure under your own brand.

▸ Which documents are covered?

e-Invoice, e-Archive, e-Waybill, e-SMM and e-MM run on the same infrastructure. Even if your customer only uses e-Invoice today, they do not need to change provider when they move to another document type tomorrow.
