Turkish e-Invoice (e-Fatura) Prices
No setup fee and no fixed monthly fee. You buy credits, and one is used each time you send a document. Packages range from 100 to 100,000 credits and start at TRY 1,000, VAT included. The cost per document is TRY 10.00 in the small package and TRY 0.90 in the largest one. More than 13,000 businesses use ELPO e-Belge.
What makes up the price of e-Fatura?
The price of e-Fatura (the Turkish electronic invoice) is the fee a private integrator charges per document. Most companies sell it as credit packages: one credit means one document. Some add an annual licence, a setup fee or a monthly subscription. At ELPO you pay only for credits; e-Fatura, e-Arşiv (e-archive invoice) and e-İrsaliye (e-waybill) are deducted from the same credits, and purchased credits are valid for two years.
From purchase to the first invoice
Choose a package
You choose the package closest to your annual number of documents. The purchase is made on pay.elpo.com.tr.
The account is opened
ELPO is registered as your private integrator and your e-Belge portal is opened.
Issue documents
Every e-Fatura, e-Arşiv and e-İrsaliye sent from the portal or from your ERP uses one credit.
Add packages as needed
When you buy an additional package, the new credits are added to your balance.
What the price includes
No setup or monthly fee
There is no separate charge for opening the account, using the panel or adding users. The only thing you pay for is credits.
Credits valid for 2 years
Remaining credits do not expire at year end. A purchased package can be used for two years.
One credit, three document types
e-Fatura, e-Arşiv and e-İrsaliye are deducted from the same balance; you do not buy a separate package for each document.
Storage included
Document storage is included in the package price and is not charged separately.
Checks before sending
A document is not sent until it passes the business rules, the schema of GİB (the Turkish Revenue Administration) and the schematron. A faulty document shows up on screen before it reaches the integrator.
Direct GİB connection
ELPO has been a GİB private integrator since 2015. Your documents do not pass through another integrator's infrastructure.

Those issuing a few invoices a month
Freelancers, small shopkeepers, newly founded companies. A small package lasts two years, and you switch to e-Fatura without paying a monthly fee.
SMEs with regular sales
Mid-size packages for businesses that know their annual number of documents; e-Arşiv and e-İrsaliye are also deducted from the same credits.
High-volume companies
Fuel stations, retail chains, distribution companies. In large packages the cost per document drops to its lowest level.
Questions about e-Fatura prices
How much does e-Fatura software cost?
At ELPO there is no setup or monthly fee for e-Fatura; you only buy a credit package. Packages range from 100 to 100,000 credits and start at TRY 1,000, VAT included. What is a credit, and how many credits does one invoice use?
A credit is the equivalent of one document sent. When an e-Fatura, an e-Arşiv invoice or an e-İrsaliye is sent, one credit is deducted from the balance.
Do unused credits expire?
Purchased credits can be used for two years; they are not reset at year end.
Is there a separate fee for e-Arşiv invoices?
No. e-Arşiv invoices and e-İrsaliye are deducted from the same credits as e-Fatura; no separate package is bought.
How much does e-İrsaliye cost?
There is no separate package or separate fee for e-İrsaliye. Each e-İrsaliye sent deducts one credit from the same balance as e-Fatura; the cost per document is the same as for e-Fatura, depending on the package you buy.
Why do private integrators' credit prices vary from company to company?
Private integrators can add other items on top of the credit price: an annual licence, a setup fee, a monthly subscription or a separate package for each document type. When comparing, look not only at the credit price but at the total of these items and at how many years the credits remain valid. At ELPO you pay only for credits, and credits are valid for two years.
Does the price change if I send invoices from my ERP?
The credit price is the same. If a connector is needed to link your ERP or accounting software, its cost is not included in the package price; it is quoted separately depending on your software.
e-Fatura credit packages
The amounts come from the current catalogue in our purchasing system. The larger the package, the lower the cost per document; whichever package you choose, credits are valid for two years.
