ELPO Fuel
Automation System
An innovative electronic and software solution that effectively controls and manages fuel consumption at fuel stations. Provides oversight of fuel expenditure and stock information across tanks, pumps and vehicles.
7 core modules work together: PX Pump, TX Tank, ETOS Tanker, CX Central Management, MTX Vehicle Identification, Alarm Management and Prepaid Sales.
ELPO PX — Pump Automation System
ELPO Pump Automation connects fuel station POS, pumps and interface units to a single computer with dedicated software. Pump sales are recorded electronically and tracked in real time.
Real-Time Pump Management
When pump unit prices are changed product-by-product from the automation PC, web interface or mobile device, prices across all pumps update simultaneously. No shift close required — shift reports remain intact.
- One-click product-based price update across all pumps without closing the shift
- Live pump status monitoring from store screens and the web/mobile interface
- Real-time tracking of plate, fuel type, quantity, amount and attendant sales detail
Customer & Loyalty Management
Customer limit management lets you assign specific limits to defined customers. Fleet companies can control fuel purchases on cards issued to their vehicles with daily, weekly and monthly limits — and report on them.
- Customer Recognition System (MTS)
- Limit assignment and reporting on customer cards
- Dynamic station/product-based discounts on customer cards
Wrong-Fuel Prevention
Compares the vehicle plate in the database with the plate of the vehicle arriving at the pump to verify correct fuel is being dispensed. Correct product starts the dispense; a different fuel type triggers a warning and blocks the dispense.
- Optional feature with Tuwa Card Reader
- Vehicle matching for safe and accurate refueling
- Wrong-fuel warning system to prevent dispensing mistakes
Staff Shift Management
An attendant card defines the operator dispensing fuel — no refueling is permitted until the card is scanned. Shift scheduling is supported for defined attendants and shifts can be swapped with one tap.
