Technical Service Provider (TSP) model
SmartERP is a technical infrastructure provider under Law 6493 Article 10/2(ğ) and the CBRT 30 April 2023 Data-Sharing Services Guideline. The contract and liability with the bank rest with the customer; SmartERP never touches the funds and never decides on behalf of the customer.
