What SkyyDesk is
SkyyDesk is ELPO's remote access and support product. Use it to see a user's screen, reach a server, work on a device in the field, or get back to your own office machine. A session opens from the browser or from the desktop app; both run on the same infrastructure.

From the browser
Connect from a browser tab with nothing downloaded. On locked-down corporate machines this is usually the only route.

No router configuration
The slowest part of remote access is usually the other side's router and firewall. SkyyDesk uses UDP hole punching to bring the two machines together directly, so no port has to be opened. Where a direct path cannot be established the session falls back to a TCP relay and stays up.
Encryption and where the data sits
Traffic passing through the relay stays encrypted; the relay cannot read it. Nothing is handed to a third-party cloud.

Common questions
Can we move from TeamViewer or AnyDesk to SkyyDesk?
Yes. Remote access carries no data to migrate; what changes is the infrastructure the connection runs over. If you use TeamViewer, AnyDesk, Splashtop, Zoho Assist, ConnectWise ScreenConnect, AnyViewer, Supremo or Alpemix, you can run SkyyDesk alongside and drop the other once you are ready. Two things worth comparing: which country the data sits in, and how concurrent-user licensing is charged — SkyyDesk runs on servers in Turkey and is free for personal use.
Does connecting require an install?
Not on your side — you can open a session from the browser. On the far machine the app can run portable, or be installed as a service where standing access is wanted.
Where does the data go?
Traffic passes through ELPO's own data centre in Turkey and is not handed to a third party. The relay carries the traffic but cannot decrypt it.
Does it work behind NAT?
Yes. UDP hole punching brings the two ends together directly, so no port has to be opened. Where that fails the session falls back to a TCP relay.
Can I connect from a machine where I cannot install software?
Yes — that is what the browser client is for; it works on machines where installing software is not permitted.
What can white-label change?
Product name, logo, colours, wording, support link and the downloaded file's name. The icon embedded in the executable stays as it is.
Can we host it ourselves?
Yes, self-hosting is available. It is the route to take where the data must not leave the organisation at all.
