What does 'concurrent user' mean?
The number of people who can be logged in at the same time. Your total registered user count can be higher; only that many active sessions are allowed simultaneously. When the limit is reached, new logins wait for an existing session to end.
What's the difference between Cloud and On-Premise?
Cloud is a monthly subscription hosted on ELPO servers — backups, updates, scaling are on us. On-Premise is a one-time license installed on your own server; your data stays fully with you. Cloud is ideal for SMBs and fast setup; On-Premise suits enterprises with regulatory data-residency requirements.
What happens if I don't renew my On-Premise license?
Your application keeps running — local ERP functions, data entry, and reports stay open. Only cloud API capabilities (ElpoAIapi AI, chat, video conferencing, etc.) are disabled. The annual renewal is $1,590 and reactivates these APIs instantly when paid.
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade any time. Cloud prorates the difference daily. For On-Premise upgrades, contact your reseller.
Can I pay in TRY?
Yes. Prices are USD-based but billed in TRY at the current exchange rate. Enterprise contracts can negotiate fixed-rate clauses.
Is there a trial?
Cloud Free is permanently free (2 concurrent users, 5 GB). Paid plans include a 14-day full-feature trial.
